We’re honored that you’re considering The Visual Admin as a partner in your mission. Due to limited availability, we offer a select number of pro bono (free) or discounted services each quarter to individuals and organizations creating impact in their communities.

Who Can Apply:

You may be eligible if:

• You are a registered nonprofit, faith-based organization, or community project with a clear mission to serve others

• You are an entrepreneur, woman, or immigrant launching or running a business with limited resources

• You are facing temporary hardship and need short-term support to move your mission forward

• You are committed to follow-through, open communication, and using the support responsibly

 

What You’ll Need to Apply:

Here’s what we’ll need to understand how we can best serve you:

• A short description of your organization or project

• What service(s) you’re requesting help with (admin, branding, design, etc.)

• How this support will make a difference

• Your current situation (brief financial or resource context)

• Your ability to meet basic timelines and communication needs

What Happens After You Apply

1. Review (Within 5–7 Business Days):

   We prayerfully review all applications based on need, mission fit, and current availability.

2. Decision & Follow-Up:

   If you’re approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with next steps, including a small one-time administrative fee of $100 to secure your project.

3. Why the Fee?

   While our services are valued much higher, this small fee helps cover operational costs and ensures we can continue offering this program long-term.
   It also reflects a shared investment in the success of your project, because we believe in mutual commitment and sustainability.

4. Scope Agreement:

   Once your fee is submitted, we’ll schedule a discovery call and provide a simple agreement outlining the services, timeline, and expectations.

5. If Not Approved:

   We’ll kindly notify you, offer guidance where possible, and invite you to reapply during the next cycle if applicable.
