Overview
We believe meaningful work shouldn’t be limited by lack of funds. Each quarter, The Visual Admin offers a select number of free or discounted admin and design services to for-profit and nonprofit businesses, faith-based groups, and underserved entrepreneurs who are creating real impact in their communities.

Who This Is For:

Registered 501(c)(3)s or grassroots community organizations

Women and immigrant entrepreneurs with limited startup resources

Faith-based ministries or leaders needing tech/admin help

Individuals in transitional seasons (e.g., post-divorce, starting over)
How We Support:
At The VA Cares, we provide meaningful, hands-on support to individuals and organizations working with heart but limited resources. Whether it’s admin help, branding, mentorship, or tools to get organized, we’re here to serve where it matters most.

Quarterly Capacity:
We aim to serve 3–5 clients per quarter with up to 10 total hours of support allocated across approved projects.

How to Apply:
Submit a request using our The VA Cares Contact Form and choose Pro Bono or Discounted Services as your reason. We review submissions quarterly and respond within 5–7 business days.

As a Black immigrant woman and entrepreneur, I know the challenges of starting from scratch. VA Cares offers informal mentorship to women and first-generation entrepreneurs who need support beyond services — support rooted in lived experience, faith, and strategy.
